• February 11, 2012: Ha, it is Grammy time in L.A. again. Iris Becker waiting to be let into the door for the Lifetime Achievement ceremonies at the Ebell Theatre in Hollywood.
  • February 11, 2012: What a grand moment in musical history! We saw how The Allman Brothers Band, with its many members over the years, received the GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award!
  • February 11, 2012: photo op with producer Eric Oberstein and his girlfriend. We supported Arturo OFarrill & The Afro Latin Jazz Orchestraís nomination of the ZOHO CD release 40 Acres and a Burro!

  • May 18, 2012: for ZOHO distributor Allegroís Annual Label Conference in Portland, OR, ZOHO was able to assemble a one-time performance of the ZOHO All Stars, consisting of (from left): Arturo OFarrill, Hendrik Meurkens, Zack OFarrill, and Gabriel Espinosa, all with new ZOHO CD releases during 2012!
  • August 14, 2012: we did it! Celebrating in Bielefeld, Germany, the ZOHO CD release of Bach 1720, a unique classical organ solo recital featuring Prof. Thomas Meyer-Fiebigs completions of fragments of Bach organ compositions, brilliantly performed by his wife Aya Yoshida.
  • September 9, 2012: A personal invitation by the US Ambassador to South Korea. I was traveling with a US Music Industry trade delegation to Asia. Our group was invited by the US Ambassador to a reception in the US Embassy in Seoul, Korea. It consisted of the Presidents of two dozen US indie labels of a wide variety of musical genres.
  • September 9, 2012: Group photo at the reception with the US Ambassador, Mr Sung Y. Kim. One of the most notable participants of our group was the legendary Seymour Stein (front row, in the white jacket) who had discovered among others, The Talking Heads, Madonna, The Pretenders and other acts.
  • October 24, 2012: a precious dinner invitation to the Upper East Side penthouse home of the extraordinary concert producers Pat Philips and Ettore Stratta. Ettore has been a legendary conductor, composer and arranger for many decades, almost single handedly inventing the commercially successful Classical Crossover music genre.
